We have chosen all the products we sell very carefully, so it's our sincerest wish that you love everything you buy and never need to make a return, but things happen and in case you do need to make a return....
We accept returns on new, unopened, unwashed clothing, laundry or books within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please send all tags and original packaging along with your return. All items must be in SALEABLE condition. See list of exceptions below.
Some of our products contain a special guarantee offered by the brand, "100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back within 30 days of purchase." Please check our product pages for these guarantees which we honor.
We DO NOT accept returns on:
- Products ordered more than 30 days before.
- Skin care, underwear like boxers or panties (bras are ok!) or bath items - new or used (unless special brand guarantee is mentioned on the product page). We understand you may try a product that just doesn't end up working for you or your child, as we know what works for one person's eczema, may not work for another, but since everyone's skin is unique, we cannot provide a refund on skin care or bath items. And for hygienic purposes, we cannot accept returns on underwear.
- Anything with dirt or stains of any kind.
Defective Items/Incorrect Orders
We apologize in advance if you received a defective item or if your order was incorrect upon receipt, but we will gladly send you a replacement product. Just let us know.
If you received a clothing or jewelry item, but you…
- changed your mind and no longer need the item, you may return the item for a refund within 30 days of purchase, OR
- want a different color or need another size, you may return the item for a refund. Then place a new order (and new shipment) for the replacement item you'd like to purchase. After we receive the returned item, we will refund your original purchase.
You will be responsible for the return shipping expense and we recommend shipping the product with a tracking reference as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We do not accept returns on skin care.
How to Return an Item
All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a print-out of the "Return Authorized" Email. To receive this email, please fill out the online Return Requests/RMA form, accessible from your account, in order to track your return with us.
NOTE: If you're not sure of your account password, or didn't setup an account, try the Forgot Password link using the email address you used to place the order with us and you'll receive an email with steps to access your account. This usually works as everyone is assigned an account when they place an order with us. This makes it easier to track orders and returns.
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Make sure your item to return is unused and in it’s original packaging and was ordered within 30 days.
- Log-in to your account.
- Under Manage Your Account (right Nav bar), select Completed Orders.
- Find the Order you wish to return and select View Order Details.
- Under Your Order (right Nav bar), select Return Item(s).
- Select the qty and items to return along with your reason for return and return action along with any comments and submit.
- Wait until you receive an email stating the status of your order has been changed to “Return Authorized.”
- Print the “Return Authorized” email and place it in your package with the item to return.
- How to ship the return:
- If the item was defective or we made an error with your order, we will provide you with a return shipping label, OR
- If the item was not defective and we did not make an error with your order, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back. We recommend shipping the product with a tracking reference as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
