What are these lounge pants made from?
These pants are made from 100% organic cotton from top to bottom, even the drawstring, thread, and label. The fabric is a lightweight 150 GSM single jersey that feels soft, breathable, and easy to live in all day and night.
Are these pants really chemical free and hypoallergenic?
Yes. We made these specifically for sensitive skin. They contain no latex, spandex, synthetic fibers, bleach, formaldehyde, resins, or harsh chemicals, just clean, simple cotton that lets your skin breathe.
Are these safe for eczema and very sensitive skin?
Absolutely. If your skin reacts easily, these were made with you in mind. They are 100% organic cotton, have no elastic, and are free from dyes, latex, and spandex, making them a gentle choice for eczema, psoriasis, TSW, and other sensitive skin conditions.
Do you use bleach or dyes on these pants?
No. These pants are completely undyed and unbleached. What you see is the natural color of the cotton, nothing added, nothing harsh touching your skin.
How does the waist work if there is no elastic?
Instead of elastic, the waistband is made from soft cotton and uses an adjustable 100% organic cotton braided drawstring. You can tighten it or loosen it to what feels best for you, even loosening it at night so nothing digs in or irritates your skin.
Can I loosen the drawstring a lot?
Yes, there is plenty of room to adjust it. Just keep in mind that the fabric itself does not stretch, so it is still important to choose the right size based on your measurements.
How should I choose my size?
These pants do not stretch like typical pajamas. We recommend measuring your waist and hips and checking the size chart before ordering. If you are between sizes or like a relaxed fit, going with the larger size usually feels more comfortable and also leaves room for a bit of shrinkage.
Do these pants shrink when washed?
They can shrink a little, up to about 5%, which is normal for untreated cotton. Many customers choose to size up slightly, especially if they plan to use the dryer.
How should I wash and care for them?
To keep them soft and skin friendly, wash in cold water on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Rinse well and dry on low or medium heat. You can iron or steam on low if you like.
What sizes are available?
Right now, these pants come in sizes 6 through 9. The sizing is a bit different from regular clothing, so we really recommend checking the size chart before ordering. At the moment, we do not offer sizes above 9 for this style.
What if my waist size changes a lot?
If your waist or hips tend to fluctuate, measure yourself at your largest and choose that size on the chart. On days when you feel smaller, you can simply adjust the drawstring for a comfortable fit.
