Green Shipping Protection

We are proud to partner with Corso's Green Shipping Protection. When you select this option at checkout, for a small fee, your package is 100% protected against loss, theft, or damage during transit AND the emissions of your order will be offset with a carbon offsetting program from Cool Effect.  

If you need to follow up on an order that may be lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, please visit Corso. They will happily assist you with your shipment. Please have your order number and email address ready for them.

Taxes & VAT

US Customers: We charge US sales tax for some states as mandated by law. You will see this tax added as a separate line item in your order.

Canadian & International Customers: We do NOT charge sales tax or VAT on your orders, therefore you are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, duties, tariffs, and/or customs brokerage fees your order may acquire when it arrives in your country. Orders may experience shipping delays if inspected by customs.

Shipping: The Eczema Company VS Marketplace

Many of the products we sell are held at our warehouse in Michigan and this is how we have operated since 2011. However, in 2025, we decided to add a Marketplace in order to supply you with more choices for the best natural products for eczema. With the Marketplace, items will ship directly from the brands to you and so you may acquire additional shipping fees, as outlined below. In your shopping cart, you'll see the free shipping thresholds identified by The Eczema Company vs brands in the Marketplace. In checkout, you'll see the list of shipping rates you'll be charged.

Products labeled with "The Eczema Company" (as seen just above the product title on the product pages) will ship from our Michigan warehouse. Orders shipped during holiday times may experience longer than average shipping times.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1 - 2 business days, Monday - Friday only.

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date fulfillment is complete, NOT the order date. Shipping rates are calculated on order totals after coupons and before taxes.

UK - Due to VAT tax complexities, we have had to pause shipments to the UK for now. We're very sorry for this inconvenience.
