It's simple - soak and seal.
Soak in lukewarm bath water for 15-20 minutes.
Seal the skin with moisturizer* and cover with wet wraps for a minimum of two hours. Overnight is best, but only if you can keep the wet layer damp through the night (TIP: use a spray bottle to spray warm water on wet wraps that begin to dry out.)
Nothing provides quick eczema relief like wet wrap therapy! Wet wrapping also works well for psoriasis, allergic contact dermatitis, and dermatomyositis.
